The coaches are responsible for developing and motivating our athletes to bring our their best. They are all experienced coaches and teachers, and love sharing their racing and skiing experience with our young racers.

Peer coaches assist our coaches during training as well as during races. They are also aspiring coaches, learning from our more experienced coaches how to teach and motivate young ski racers and bring out their best.

Our board members are parent volunteers, who establish the strategic direction of the team as well as assist in day-to-day operations. They take time out of their busy lives to assure that the team operates smoothly and successfully.

Our Race Administrators are essential to the successful operation of a BST Race. BST relies on our many volunteers to run any race. There are many volunteer race positions for each race. To find out more, click above.

The BST Code of Conduct and the USSA Code of Conduct applies to all BST Athletes

For BST Athletes, the USSA Concussion Policy applies to all U12 Athletes and above.

The Brighton Ski Team would not be able to function as a team, have athletes compete in races or host races without the help of our many sponsors. We are extremely appreciative of our sponsors and they are secure in knowing that they are supporting first class athletes and future Olympians.
